Heroin abuse is a terrible problem - we have found some resources on the web that can educate the public about the warning signs, treatment options, and statistics on heroin use.
If you know someone with a heroin abuse problem - seek help for them today - don't wait until it's too late. Heroin is not as common as marijuana, alcohol, or other types of drugs, but the nature of the drug makes it extremely dangerous for a user.
You can learn about the heroin statistics to find more about the facts on exact numbers. There are a number of treatment options - which you can find at our site 4 Drug Rehab - the database includes licensed facilities near you. Each profile includes contact information as well as other information for those seeking info on admissions.
Residential treatment centers, drug rehab, and detox centers are all excellent methods of dealing with an addiction problem. Short term answers provide short term solutions and that isn't a good idea. It will cost you more money in the long run because the relapse rate is far too high and you'll get in the cycle of intervention, rehab, relapse, and then you'll be extremely dissatisfied.
Get help for your loved one today.

Changes to our website
Recently, we were doing some tweaking to the inside pages of our site.
We're going to be adding more pages very soon and doing a full redesign in the coming months which will launch our new drug rehab site in early 2009. This will include a forum, newsletter, reviews, and articles on drug rehabilitation.
At our site we have many different search options - people can browse by city or by treatment center name (by looking under the state location). You can select your state from a list or from our map.
Some of our most popular searches are for:
NY Drug Rehab which includes all the rehab centers in the state of New York. Then we also have CA Drug Rehab which includes all the treatment centers in California. These are our most popular pages (not a big surprise since they have the most people in those states).
We're hoping to get more traffic from the rural states in the midwest - where the drug problems go unnoticed a lot of the time. States like Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri.
Check our blog often as we'll be posting more site updates here. Thanks!
